Our goal is to introduce and teach Marimba Music to people in the broaderCanadian family. We want the community to come together to createrelationships, share cultures, in our case, through music. Sizwe Marimba Bandis a product of the Sihle Sizwe Vineyard Foundation.

The band, a youthful ensemble was formed just before the Covid pandemic in 2019. It was formed as a response to a desire by Sihle Sizwe, to share the Zimbabwean style marimba instrument with the broader Canadian community. Since then, the band has performed at schools, senior homes, festivals, weddings, parties, political gatherings, theaters including Ardens in St. Albert and the Winspear Centre in downtown Edmonton.
